As a completely new brand, the identity had to be built from the ground up — beginning with the logo. The key challenge was to craft a visual language that not only aligned with the brand’s interior design sensibilities but also clearly communicated its unique position at the intersection of design and technology.

Discovery & Immersion:
At the outset, I immersed myself in understanding Officebanao’s core proposition — a tech-enabled B2B platform revolutionizing office interior design in India. Through stakeholder conversations with founders, category leads, and design heads, I mapped out key insights around business goals, audience pain points, and the fragmented nature of the existing interior design market. I also analyzed competitors like Livspace (home-focused) and other offline office contractors, identifying a gap for a truly digital-first, process-led solution. This phase helped clarify that our opportunity lay in positioning Officebanao as a tech-driven enabler rather than a traditional design vendor.
Strategy & Positioning:
Using insights from discovery, I worked on sharpening Officebanao’s positioning: “India’s first truly tech-enabled platform for creating inspiring workplaces.” The tone needed to balance innovation with trust. I defined brand attributes like smart, collaborative, empowering, and efficient. The messaging framework evolved around pillars like:
– Tech-first process
– Transparent delivery
– Speed & scale
– Human-centered design
This gave Officebanao a clear voice — modern and digital, yet human and approachable — which became the foundation for all content and design.
Visual Identity Design:
Since the brand had no pre-existing identity, I started with logo explorations that conveyed modularity, structure, and movement — reflecting Officebanao’s core values of flexibility, scalability, and tech precision. The final mark subtly hinted at building blocks and spatial layouts, while staying minimal and timeless.
For the color palette, I introduced a calming mix of blues and greys to establish trust, supported by accents of vibrant tech-inspired colors for liveliness. Typography was selected to be modern and highly legible, suitable for UI and print. I also created a scalable icon system and a grid-based visual framework — ensuring consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
